- Communicating with clients & internal team members and providing estimates in a timely manner.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management weekly.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Conduct market research to stay current on industry trends and sales strategies.
- Perform quarterly and end of year reviews for the service technicians along with the Director of Operations.

- (1) At least 1 year of office management and/or sales experience; swimming pool industry-related experiences preferred but not required; and
- (2) a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
